Cal-Tron's Technical Team likes to work closely with our customer's from the initial concept through the final design. This involvement allows us the opportunity, if necessary, to make recommendations that may improve the performance of the product, costs or even make a previously unmoldable product moldable.
 Dedicated and skilled personnel along with precision manufacturing equipment, form the foundation of
Cal-Tron's commitment to on time delivery of quality injection molded products. Our key personnel have combined hands on experience totaling more than 170 years in the injection molding of thermoplastic materials. Cal-Tron's Customer Service personnel work closely with each of our customers to ensure we meet their delivery requirements. From Nylon, ABS and Acetal to PPS, PEEK, LCP and other high performance materials, Cal-Tron's experience spells a trouble free production process. Detailed inspection and rigid quality control procedures assure compliance with our customers specifications. Every process is monitored, documented and analyzed by our Statistical Process Control Department. Cal-Tron's quality control program meets MIL-I-45208A and ISO9002 subcontractor requirements. Our Quality Assurance Team is actively involved throughout the process, from the initial stages of mold design to the production, packaging and shipment of the order. That is why Cal-Tron is a self certified supplier (ship to stock) for such companies as Aerojet Electrosystems, Honeywell, Rockwell Collins, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin and Raytheon Missle Systems.
